I saw size 44 and I weigh 70Kg, so I ordered size XXL, which fit comfortably. But size XL would have been sufficient. The material is excellent.

I bought two sizes - one based on weight and other on waist... the one on weight fit beautifully. If undecided between a bigger or smaller size, i suggest sizing down provided the weight range fits with your measurements.
